With 12+ years leading high-performing global teams,  I bring a strengths-based, people-first lens to strategy, growth, and leadership development.

I’ve trained through Gallup and Georgetown University, am a CliftonStrengths® Certified Coach, and am on track to earn my ICF ACC credential by the end of 2025. My coaching blends operational excellence with self-awareness, self-advocacy, intention, and impact.
