Talents in Bloom
I’m Ximena (He-men-ah),
founder of Talents in Bloom.
Founder & Executive Leadership Coach
I created Talents in Bloom to bring together executive coaching and a deep understanding of how organizations work. My 13+ years in multinational food businesses took me from the factory floor to leading distributed teams and complex operations.
Developing people has always been part of how I lead: recognizing what they bring, asking questions that stretch their thinking, and creating opportunities to take on more. My coaching brings that same care and challenge to the goals each client chooses. We make room for honest reflection and new perspectives, then connect what you learn to the decisions and relationships in your life.
I’m passionate about creating space for people to understand who they are, how they show up, and how they want to grow. Coaching gives us time to explore those questions, set clear goals, and make a plan. I bring curiosity and creativity to the process, so there’s room to experiment, learn from feedback, and enjoy the adventure of becoming more intentional about your life and leadership.
I’m a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths® Coach and hold Georgetown University’s Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching. CliftonStrengths is one of the tools I use to help people understand how they naturally think, contribute, and work with others. The starting point is always your goals and context.
I’m also a Colombian immigrant, wife, and mom of 2. Motherhood made me more deliberate about priorities, heritage, and language. Those interests also inform my work as an entrepreneur and content creator: I lead strategy and operations for Halftinos, a brand centered around bilingual, multicultural families like mine.
Outside work, I’ve spent 15+ years involved in nonprofit leadership and communities supporting STEM, women in leadership, and mentorship. The different parts of my life shape the perspective I bring to coaching—and I’m interested in the whole person behind your role, too.
Coaching is available in English and Spanish.
