Talents in Bloom

Teams & Organizations

Build leaders who can develop others, share responsibility, and have the conversations good work requires. Our workshops and programs give teams, leadership cohorts, and employee communities time to learn together and practice with situations from their own work.

Ways to work together

Management Essentials & leadership cohorts

Develop your approach to leadership, delegation, difficult conversations, prioritization, and communicating and managing up.

CliftonStrengths® for teams & collaboration

Understand individual and collective strengths, what people contribute and need, and how to develop one another.

Mentorship programs

Build a mentorship program with facilitation and coaching for mentors and mentees.

Affinity-group programming

Develop recurring and yearlong leadership-development curricula around the needs of employee communities, including employee resource groups (ERGs).

Workshops & facilitated conversations

Create focused opportunities to practice, exchange perspectives, and apply learning to work.

Workshop topics include delegation, radical listening, visibility, feedback, difficult conversations, prioritization, and developing an approach to leadership. Facilitation also includes panels, strategy conversations, and sessions on objectives and key results (OKRs).

Programs serve teams, leadership cohorts, and affinity communities, including women, Latinos, parents, and moms. Formats range from focused workshops to group experiences and ongoing curricula. Each program starts with your people and what you want to be different, with the format and follow-through shaped around those goals.

"Discovering our strengths individually—and then as a team—shifted how we collaborate. We understand each other better, lean into what we each do best, and work together more effectively."
